Mulberry Autumn Campaign

Firstly I would like to declare that I loved Mulberry way before Emma Hill revamped it and produced a 358% rise in profits or Alexa Chang made it that much cooler with her knobbly knees. However I owe this love entirely to my mother, a devout Mulberry worshiper for aslong as I can remember (my stuffed golden labrador circa christmas 1996 was called Mulberry and had a Mulberry ribon as a collar.....tell me thats not cool!) Anyway I still worship Mulberry (My chocolate bayswater from my 18th is more cared for than any future children ever will be) and I have to say I've been in love with the campaigns for the past few years and this Autumn's is no different.

VFNO

During my internship at Campari I've been lucky enough to be working on the Vogue Fashion Night Out project, as Campari are the official sponsor. For those of you that are new to VFNO basically the whole world goes late night shopping in the Fashion Capitals. From highstreet to designer everything comes to life at fashion lovers/shoppers come together. Here are a few from last year....

Edie Sedgwick

After watching 'Factory Girl' for the millionth time I thought it appropriate to do an Edie post. I love the film even though it wasn't rated very highly by the Critics, but then I like the Art and Fashion elements more than the plot. Although an incredibly sad story, Edie Sedgwick truly was a "Superstar" in that she was unique, a true trend-setter and for that Miss Edie Segwick, I salute you.

Lust List

How lush are these!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE, these would have been perfect at the weekend, we went to Jesolo and Forte Dei Marmi for events and I met the lovely Chiara from The Blonde Salad, so all in all a lovely weekend.

Snippets

I'm currently doing an internship at Campari in Milan, its been amazing and on Monday we went to Rome as Campari are the official Sponsor of Vogue's Fashion Night out. Along with Vogue and the PR agency we went looking at five possible locations for an event, including the rooftop terrace at Fendi headquarters which had been temporarily turned into a secret showroom (see dodgy photo).

GIRL CRUSH OF THE MONTH, Stevie Nicks

Ever since Rumours was Re-released, remastered I've fallen head over heels for Stevie Nicks, I love the whole History behind the album and the heartache behind it ( the end of John and Christine McVie's marriage aswell as the break-up of Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks), during the recording of this album the quintet were barely speaking but music was their emotional release, and so Rumours was born.
Stevie Nicks is a BEB because she's half crazy ethereal lady (Florence Welch we're on to your inspo) and Half hard core rock chick (Drugs....) but aniwhoos I love her and I hope you do too ....
